The main components of wd12-101 diesel pour point depressant are ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and other copolymers

Compounded with additives. According to the difference of molecular weight and molecular structure, a series of products have been formed. Diesel pour point depressant can quickly reduce the freezing point of diesel, effectively refine wax crystals, reduce cold filter point, and further improve the low-temperature fluidity of oil products.

【purpose】

As a diesel additive, it is used to improve the low-temperature fluidity of diesel and reduce the freezing point and cold filter point of diesel.

【Usage and dosage】

1.The addition amount is generally 0.5 ‰ ~ 1 ‰ (0.5kg ~ 1.5kg per ton of diesel) (the addition amount is determined by test).

2.The diesel oil is pumped into the oil pipeline from the side line or directly into the oil tank for mixing by the metering pump.

3.The addition temperature should be more than 10 ℃ higher than the cloud point of diesel oil.

【Packaging and storage】

1.Packed in 200l iron drums (net weight 170kg) and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment.

2. The shelf life is 24 months.
